Very nice room with balcony and view. Nice temperature - not too hot and heated floor in bathroom was great. Nice fluffy bathrobe provided for pool, spa etc. Excellent food of a very high standard. Free lunch provided from about 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm Staff very friendly and efficient. Excellent gym - top quality equipment. Also pool, hot tub and sauna. Walking distance to two ski lifts or ski bus stops at the door. Ski storage room Hotel also offers the Sunshine card for free activities like snow shoeing and cross country skiing.

Very good breakfast. Location next to ski lifts and Terme St. Katherin. However if you do not stay long public Terme are not needed. Kolmhof have own very nice SPA zone with saunas and quite big heated outdoor swimming pool. Really great.

The location was superb. Right beside beautiful Millstattersee. The hotel had real character and the staff were friendly and eager to please. But what was the star for me was dining beside the vestigial lake in the terrace as the sun went down-magical.

Nice and comfortable hotel, very clean, large rooms, nice pool and sauna space, delicious food, helpful and friendly staff and very involved owner. Only few minutes from the ski slopes by car or free ski bus. We enjoyed every minute and would love to come again.
