We loved staying at the camp, really enjoyed the fact that we had all our meals at one big table with the other guests, so easy to meet new people that share the same passion for kite surfing. Also hard to beat the staffs friendliness and costumer service, absolutely 5star outstanding. Main Kitesurfing spot (Lagoon) is as well great, though always gusty winds (+10kn gusts to base wind). Perfect for beginners. If you're a better kiter though, you'll definitely want to go on the kite trips. The trip spots are much nicer, but can add up in quite an additional budget (25-45EUR/trip).

Everyone was super nice. It was quiet and they accommodated all my wishes. I wanted to extend for two more days and it was no problem at all. This unique tent is set on the border of the National Park and comes with a private bathroom. The staff at Big Game was absolutely wonderful. Everybody was very kind and helpful. The camp gives you a real safari experience. The facilities were very nice for a tent camping. We also really enjoyed the daily activities that were scheduled, the romantic apero aside the campfire and the tasty dinner by candle light. We planned our safari with them and got a wonderful guide who taught us everything about the Wilpattu national park and its inhabitants. Would definitely recommend

Harshan and his lovely side kicks Mom and Aunt make you feel welcome from the moment you enter the gate and make sure you have the best time with everything you need. The food they cook is amazing and I would highly recommend you ask the ladies to cooked what they would like to cook that day; they will keep surprising your tast buds with fresh new flavors! Your new Sri Lankan Mom can prepare a big ass squid in 15 min. and it was the best meal I had in Sri Lanka (and I do no even like squid, haha). Perfect for sporty guests, because the windsurf & kite school is only a 10 min. walk down the road, you can go for a work out in the gym or do yoga in the garden. More layback? Not to worrry; take a free bicycle for a spin to the other side of the bay and relax! Many many thanks for my wonderfull stay! This tent features a sofa, patio and private entrance. Het stijlvolle en milieuvriendelijke Dolphin Beach biedt luxe tenten naast een eigen stukje strand aan het Alankuda-strand in Sri Lanka. The beach location was wonderful. The tents were really comfortable and well-equipped. The swimming pool was quiet and sea two steps away. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and kind. Breakfast was amazing with delicious curries and dal, fruit and cakes and eggs etc. The staff arranged our dolphin boat trip and the dolphins swam around underneath us - a magical experience. Great spot for bird watching too. We highly recommend Dolphin Beach Resort - a very special place.
