We loved the stay and the location! Quite far from downtown Amsterdam but we really enjoyed the bike rides to town and back. The hosts have bicycles to the guests!

If you are a young traveller who wants to experience Kingsday while meeting new friends and stay on a budget, this is the perfect place to stay! The staff was very welcoming, the pubcrawl they've organized on Kingsnight was so much fun and the next day they've showed us the best of Kingsday! Do not be scared about sleeping in a tent, they are clean and come with all you need, they are perfect to rest after a day full of party!

Irmgard and her husband were wery nice, and did everything to accommodate us. She even picked us up at the train station, and the last day of our stay also drove us there, so we could catch the train to the airport. And they also rented us bikes, so we could drive around ( we borrowed it for free :D ) The house we got was very clean, and beautiful. It had everything you need for relaxing holidays. We also liked the surroundings of the house - you really get to see beautiful rural Dutch landscape and houses, even if it's just 15 minutes ride with train from Amsterdam. Would really recommend Boerderij Honswijck for any couples that want to explore Amsterdam, and then in the evening return back to nice, quiet and relaxing place.
