Everything and everyone was perfect during our stay. Alessandro Lina and Ingrid were so lovely and kind and helpful...the most perfect hosts! We shed a tear when we left...we took our dog Ted with us and they were so kind and loving towards him...he could run about everywhere and he had plenty of treats! We would highly recommend this villa in lake como and we definitely are coming back!!!

The staff were extremely attentive and went out of their way to ensure that they could do no more to the extent that there was a train strike on the day we were to leave and and they organized a higher car to take us from Bologna to Ravenna.

The dinners at the restaurant were exceptional- delicious, friendly staff and incredible views of the lake. During the day when you want to explore around the lake, the hotel is located in front of the ferry stop. And if you want anything outside the menu of the hotel, the cafe nearby has everything. Do not hesitate to book here, I will definitely be back again
