Els Llacs has a well-equipped fitness centre, and a spa with hot tub and saunas. Everything was perfect; really nice and kind staff, amazing and very clean apartament (it had EVERYTHING we needed), location is great (beautiful nature, 30min with car to the Andorra La Vela), it is family and child friendly. We travel a lot and this apartament is one of our favorites ever. Thank you for your hospitality, we will come back :)

It is conveniently located to access all Andorra’s ski slopes. Free WiFi is offered throughout and free ski storage is available in the hotel's reception. It is very comfortable and clean It was good for family with two children

Xalet Bringué Hotel is located in the Andorran Pyrenees mountain village of El Serrat. The attractive wood and stone building has designer interiors, while outside the terraces offer panoramic views.

The Bringué’s rooms have flat-screen TVs and contemporary art works. They also have safes and heating. Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.

Located in La Seu d'Urgell, 23 km from Naturland, HOTEL & SPA El Castell de Ciutat provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Room with balcony makes for having beautiful views of sunrise if you wake up early enough, and get some freshness. Room is very well decorated in classic fashion. Staff was very friendly, and always supportive. Dinner and breakfast either inside or on the terrace, offering views over Seu d’Urgell, was great. Breakfast buffet is diverse (some hot dishes, and plenty of other offers). There’s also a nice path through the woods that takes you down and into town. Definitely staying on our repeat list.

The property is 8.1 km from Meritxell sanctuary, and within 400 metres of the city centre. Nicely appointed rooms, great location, amazing staff!!! We had a problem the morning we were leaving and there were no taxis to take us to the bus station. One employee drove us there personally so we wouldn’t miss our bus. That was definitely going above and beyond to help a guest! It was very much appreciated!

Room and hotel updated and comfortable. Great bed. Terrific view of the ski area. Near hiking. The wellness was perfect but if the hotel had been full it would have been tight. Loved the tile in the bathroom. Breakfast had everthing you would want. The main deck was very nice for an afternoon drink. Wish more places would update their hotels like this one. Thank You!
