Excellent location, close to centre, yet in a quiet area of the town, with easily accessible parking (advise to book in advance). Very friendly staff. Very well managed & clean. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning. It was great to have the pool, in the central courtyard, with bar. Buffet breakfast offered lots of choice. The view from Belvedere terrace is lovely. Close to the museum & Duomo.

I was 8 days in Santa Chiara and it was one of the best experiences i had with my whole life traveling. Staff is going above and beyond and they made me feel like at home every day. They hellped with organising most amazing vine tastings and cooking classes- must try. Hotel is clean, view beautiful and it is close to all destinations. It is great place to stay in heart of Toscany and meet true charm of its people. I would come back any time

The views were incredible and the place was very peaceful. The swimming pool was great for the kids, they enjoyed going for a swim after a day full of visits. Borgo della Meliana is within 1 h distance by car of the most iconic places in the Toscana: Firenze, Volterra, Siena... We would recommend it for sure!

Beautiful hotel and premises, each room was unique and special. Newly rennovated bathrooms, comfortable views. We got free upgrades on two of the three booked rooms! Wonderful breakfast, nice pool. Restaurant was very good too.

We arrived in the evening. The staff greeted us very helpfully. Showed special attention and service. Breakfast is unreal. Coffee, juice, sweet dishes.... The food and service are unreal.
