We arrived in the evening. The staff greeted us very helpfully. Showed special attention and service. Breakfast is unreal. Coffee, juice, sweet dishes.... The food and service are unreal.

Breakfast was above expectations with sweet and also healthy options. The SPA and the ritual massage we choose was amazing. The room was so spacious and the toilet was amazing with the jacuzzi bathtub.

I was 8 days in Santa Chiara and it was one of the best experiences i had with my whole life traveling. Staff is going above and beyond and they made me feel like at home every day. They hellped with organising most amazing vine tastings and cooking classes- must try. Hotel is clean, view beautiful and it is close to all destinations. Great location – just a short drive to San Gimignano, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and featured a private balcony with a beautiful view. The pool area was clean and very relaxing – perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The on-site restaurant was exceptional: delicious food, beautifully presented, and the staff were attentive and professional throughout. The hotel offered a private car park, which made parking easy and stress-free.
