Hotel were more than happy to accommodate specific room requests. Staff The food was fabulous at breakfast, and in the Restaurant and the lounge. The leisure facilities, swimming pool, hot tub and sauna were lovely. Great coffee, shortbread and chocolates in the room. Beautiful bathroom setting and toiletries. The grounds and garden are beautifully kept.

Facing the seafront, Marsh Mere Lodge is a bed and breakfast providing a 4-star accommodation in Arthurstown. It features a garden, shared lounge and private parking.

Approaching Arthurstown we realised we were emersing ourselves in real Southern Ireland. The roads narrowed and became twister before we reached Arthurstown to be met with a stunning vista of the Waterford Harbour Estuary and views over Duncannon Fort and further afield to the Hook Lighthouse. This is located at the southern most tip of south east Ireland - a beautiful and windswept spot. Arthurstown is timeless and Marsh Mere Lodge the perfect accommodation. The property is immaculately clean and well mainatined and furnished with many interesting antiques and artifacts. The hosts have run Mere Marsh Lodge for many years and are long time residents of Arthurstown. They are exteremely welcoming making all guests feel immediately at ease and provide an excellent breakfeast.

With a beautiful setting on the River Suir, the luxurious Waterford Castle Hotel and Golf Resort is on a private island completely detached from the mainland.

Special request were fulfilled in advance, despite being kinda nonsensical. The staff got a good sense of humour and the breakfast was great!

They have their own carpark. The meals were excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. The weather wasn’t great but the Tower is so centrally located it’s perfect for sightseeing attractions close by.

Comfortable and clean, the room had lot of space. We enjoyed a complete and delicious breakfast. The staff were all very attentive and they answered all of our questions and queries since the reservation was made. It has a nice restaurant with a good offering, open till late (it saved us on a blank holiday evening!) We will definitely come back!!

The apartment was exceptionally clean and freshly decorated. The apartment was very spacious and bigger than it looked in the photographs. The standard was definitely hotel standard with crisp white sheets and bath towels provided. The kitchen equipment was spotless and the stairwell and carpark area were very well maintained and provided easy access to the apartment. The host was very welcoming and informative on things to do in the area.
