What's not to love. Great location, friendly, accommodating staff. Views are amazing, breakfast tastes good. We just had an amazing time here. Highlight was having dinner whilst bubbling away in the jacuzzi.

From the moment we arrived, we were beautifully taken care of by all of the staff. The owners themselves were there to welcome us, giving us a tour, showing us to our rooms, and even upgrading one when they realised there was an issue with the TV! Beautiful facilities (including hot tubs by the lake), spacious rooms, and delicious breakfast. Can't thank Margaret and Francisco enough :)

What a gem. We were super satisfied. Tge staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. I also recommend to eat lunch and dinner in the hotel as they have cheaper prices than in the city. The room was tidy and the bed was really comfy. The location is private, yet easy to reach the rock and Guatape. Kayaking in front of the hotel and pool + jacuzzi in the sister hotel is included in the price. We could have not got more for this price. Thank you.

Comfortable room with a wonderful view, great location - right next to the rock (a bit further to the city, but you can easily catch a tuktuk), very nice service. For me, this place has the vibe of the "White Lotos" series ;)
