The Buffet is affordable but delicious. All areas are squeaky clean, all amenities and supplies are clean. Staffs are friendly, hospitable, accomodating, and hardworking. We love the happy hour cocktails and drinks which is cheaper actually than the prices in the bars along Alona Beach. We love the mojito and drinking it next to the Skypool. With this excellent experience we will book with Henann Hotels next time. Will wait for Henann Palawan. Will recommend it to my family and friends.

We had a great stay at Aqua. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is excellent and our transfers went smoothly. We really liked the back exit and the palm trees on the beach.

New and modern country style. Room is spacious and clean with smart TV. Beach is nice; the sand is super soft and water very clear; beach lounger often available with very short waiting time or no need to wait at all. SPA, diving center, restaurant, bar are all available for those don’t want to step out of the resort. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Hair dryer available and I like the shampoo/body wash. ~15mins away from Alona beach. Will visit again!

The staff deserves special recognition for their genuine friendliness and efficiency. Every interaction felt personal and warm, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my various requests. This level of attentiveness made my stay feel uniquely tailored to my needs. The managers were equally impressive, always present and ensuring that every guest, including myself, was fully satisfied and had their needs anticipated. Breakfast was a highlight of my stay. Dining in a pleasant beachfront setting was a delightful way to start each day, and the combination of excellent food and impeccable service made it even more memorable. NUSTAR Hotel Cebu bevindt zich in Cebu City, op 4,6 km van Fort San Pedro, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren, een restaurant en een bar. Amazing service, immaculately appointed rooms and facilities, attentive but not overbearing staff, perhaps the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Great art photography in room and around the hotel. Excellent huge gym well beyond ANY hotel gym I've been to in this price range. Strong wifi everywhere. Sauna which looked like a proper Finnish sauna, though didn't try. Big pool area. Nice looking spa, but didn't go. Everywhere was very clean. Big casino downstairs and a high-end shopping mall in the same complex with tons of excellent restaurants - I recommend Yeon Hwa for Korean barbecue where you don't have to cook yourself unless you insist - and a very cozy cinema with excellent seating. All major high fashion brands, though disappointingly poor watch selection. SM Seaview mall within 10-minute ride for more shopping, restaurants and cinema. You can pretty much spend a few days at or near the hotel and have everything you need.
