The hotel is beautiful and what makes it even more special is the staff - willing to go above and beyond to help you have a great experience. A very special thank you to Loubna that was extremely welcoming and made our check-in experience very pleasant! Also Imane and Jouness at the front desk made us feel comfortable and welcomed and were always so nice, any request was accommodated easily and quickly. The food and service at the bar and restaurants were also excellent!
