I don’t know the name but an old man staff near the lounge was so polite and helpful. The free lounge and pool and onsen was so so so good . Dinner and breakfast was also very nice and 5star quality food and drinks. Parking is very spacious and free. Wheelchair ♿️ person can also enjoy the hotel . Best part is you can use digital payment also like PayPay and merpay , credit card . No ❌cash payment is accepted. Toilet was clean and reception is very big .

The views and condition of the onsen pool were exquisite and created a relaxing yet exciting atmosphere. Dinner at Nagi was delicious. The beef especially and the sashimi. A massive surprise was a pianist performing a short sweet set as we relaxed in the lobby after dinner. A lovely end to the night.
