In a lot of hotels throughout the Middle East, staff are sometimes not so well trained and even receptionists are limited compared to people in other parts of the world. Here, they were very on point, efficent, kind, great language skills. I had the opportunity to talk with the spa staff, also fantastic. A fantastic experience all over.

Coming from the luxury hotel industry myself, I can say Amir was outstanding. He provided personalized service and made our stay unforgettable. He also acted as our concierge, organizing a last-minute boat excursion for diving, with dinner on board and a sunset view. Thank you, Amir, for making our stay in Aqaba such a memorable experience. It was THE best experience we had during our week in Jordan.
