I loved everything about this hotel. At first sight - we just thought that everything was beautiful and clean. But then we realized that this hotel really cares about their guests and the service is really out of this world. Chris, that was in the reception majority of the time that we stayed there, always aimed for us to have the best time even though it rained while we stayed in the hotel for a majority of our visit. She and her colleagues always greeted us with smiles, giving us tips about where to go and how to get to those places. I know that it doesn’t sound like it’s anything more than ”regular” service, but when you meet people that treat you so good as they treated us in a 5-star hotel (and mind you - that doesn’t happen often since we mainly stay at 5-star hotels) then you appreciate the whole trip in a complete other way. Also, me and my boyfriend have worked within hospitality and service during the majority of our careers and we know that good service takes energy and commitment. If the manager of this hotel sees this review - please tell everybody on your team how great they are! Because we will be back in the fall again (booked another visit day 2 of our stay). And (!) not to forget to mention the spa. I got a treatment from Maria Hanaroli down at the spa and it was amazing! If you stay at the hotel make sure to get a treatment with her to make your trip even more luxurious.

The facilities are top notch, the room was very well furbished, comfortable and cozy. The restaurant is amazing and I definitely recommend dining there. The staff was so kind to offer us 2 cakes free of charge to celebrate our birthdays. This hotel is not just a facility, it's an experience.

Hotel is in the great area, vlose to the port if you are going to Santorini for a day trip and 10 min walk to the old town. Breakfast is awsome. The rooms were.very nice.

The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh, local options — and I really appreciated how healthy and flavorful the food was throughout my stay. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared, with a focus on quality and well-being. A special mention to the staff, especially the waiters who were always smiling, kind, and attentive — their warmth truly made a difference and made me feel very welcome as a solo traveler. I also treated myself to a one-hour massage at the spa, which was incredibly soothing and helped me completely relax. I left the resort feeling rested, recharged, and already dreaming of my next stay. Highly recommended!

They even made sure I was looked after as a vegan, preparing a delicious breakfast for me every morning. Everything felt so personal and welcoming, like staying with friends who really care. We left with huge smiles and wonderful memories — couldn’t recommend it more!
