The hotel is amazing, in an old restored building. The location is good, staff is very polite and always trying to help. The breakfast is so good, a lot of options and fresh food.

Staff there are extremely helpful especially Jones ZL who help us a lot in booking of transportation, trains and cab. Really make our stay there memorable 😊

B&G 51 presents panoramic city views from the top floor, accompanied by a jazz band. Coffee and snacks are available at Lazy lobby lounge. The service of the staff, very attentive. One of your staff, Lucy Wang was very helpful indeed, and all other staff were polite with quick responsiveness.

Our room was amazing, so comfortable and elegant, with a beautiful small private garden area. The food choices at breakfast were excellent and we ate one delicious evening meal here. The staff were lovely and so helpful. They found out it was my birthday when I was staying and delivered a gift and cake to the room.
