We stayed for a friends birthday and right upon entering felt like queens. We received and upgraded room and champagne and cake waiting there for us. The front desk greeters were kind and helpful, gave us a glass of champagne to take with us up to the room. And help was only a text away if we needed. The room was dark and quiet at night. Everything was clean. Beds were super comfy. And the heated floors in the bathroom was icing on the cake. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Toronto.

Reception staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. We were personally shown to our room. The room was lovely! The welcome treats were enjoyed. Breakfast was delightful. Wide menu choices, and gluten free was not a problem. The presentation was excellent, and the breakfast room ambience was a very pleasant start to the day. Would definitely return to Nobu Toronto. It was a definite highlight to our Canadian holiday!
