The staff were very friendly upon arrival and for the duration of our stay. The room was very well equipped with all amenities you could think of. Balcony was a bonus! The bed was extremely comfortable, and the aircon was on point. Cantonese restaurant was good, although a few dishes were forgotten about, but the male waiter was very young and apologised for his mistake. Food was tasty and decent portions, although a little pricey.

Tainan was one of the highlights of our tour to Taiwan. The Grand Baynan hotel served us a a great base from where to explore this beautiful and historic city.
