IsraelHome away from home sums it up well. The room we had was beautifully designed with incredible view of the lake. Every detail was taken into consideration with impeccable taste. They provided our son with a set of 2 robes as they weren't sure of his exact size! We got also a welcome gift of some sweets for our son, fruit and wine and complimentary bottles of water which were replaced when preparing the room for us before going to bed. We also had a delicious meal in the hotel restaurant accompanied with good Slovakian wine with children's cutlery for our son! Very attentive staff and beautiful spa with a view to the lake!

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The surroundings are beautiful and luxurious. The spa area is great, but a little bit small. Breakfast one if the best we’ve ever had.

Very good servis, meets the expectations of a 5 star hotel. Love all of the paintings and part of the Tatras history left in the hotel. For me its a straight 10 out of 10.

This is a superb hotel, a boutique establishment with a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere and truly 5-star services and staff attitude. A very pleasant guest experience. The restaurant also offers top quality service and culinary delight. Great wellness centre, not too big but offers everything you need. Minibus from hotel door to ski lift included. Well done and thank you!
