I liked everything and I chose this hotel for the second time. Everything is at the highest level, I especially want to note that my son lost his iPhone completely new, they were upset and a hotel employee called us and said that she found his phone and we can pick it up from her. New modern hotel, location was perfect! Few minutes away from alharam masjid. I also had the perfect view. Close to the city tour bus and infront of the food trucks.

The location was unreal, literally less than a minute’s walk to the Haram. The rooms were exceptional, we booked a family suite and were so kindly upgraded to a Presidential Suite which really made our stay even more amazing. Breakfast was fantastic, but the highlight was the staff. From the bellboys to the reception team and everyone else in between - it was truly a 10 on 10 experience. A special mention to Ahmed Fadhel and Raha for really looking after my family and I. Can’t wait to come back!
