It is an incredible place to take the best of Trincomalee. Starting with the nicest staff that will share with you a big smile and will always be available to help with everything. Special thanks to Shaturanga for the energy and the great recommendations on the activities and food, including the fresh fish and local breakfast. From the rooms to the pool, everything was well prepared for a flawless stay.

The staff was very nice and very warm. We really appreciated the quality of the service. The room was great, the restaurant was really good and the pool and the private beach are clearly amazing assets. We stayed there for 3 days and we felt like we were in a paradise bubble. I also had a very nice massage. I highly recommend and will go back for sure!!

Wonderful Stay at Trinco Star Hotel – Amazing Hospitality! We had a lovely stay at Trinco Star Hotel in Trincomalee. The highlight of our experience was the incredible hospitality of the owner, Mr. Shafeek. He is truly a kind and generous person who went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We also booked a dolphin/whale watching and snorkeling package through him. Initially, we mentioned that we weren’t fully satisfied with the experience — but instead of ignoring it, Mr. Shafeek kindly offered us another chance for free, just to ensure we left happy. That kind of service and care is rare and truly appreciated. Thanks to him, we had a memorable time in Trincomalee. We are very grateful for his support and warm hospitality, and we highly recommend Trinco Star Hotel to anyone visiting the area. ☺️
