More Or Less everything.Its a wonderfully beautiful hotel with great views,rooms ,facilities ,food and above all marvellous staff. The room we booked was the largest.most well equipped and artistically done room we found in Sri Lanka.We only had 1 dinner and 1 breakfast at the hotel and we'll try were the best in Sri Lanka.Keep up the good work.Will definitely come again as my wife is also totally a fan of this hotel.

EVERYTHING! it is a small hotel, located in a remote area, quiet, on the lake. The room was big, with a very comfortable bed, huge bathroom with both shower and tub. The terrace of the room offers spectacular view over the pool and lake. The food was very good, we ate here breakfast, lunch and dinner and we liked all meals! It offers an a la carte menu which we liked very much, we were sick of buffet style ... We tried also the massages, which were pretty nice as well. Last but not least, the personnel was very kind, attentive and always happy to help you with anything you want. They offer you a personal butler which is available anytime for you at a ring distance (they even give you a phone to call him directly when you need anything).

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and care. A special thank you to Sachini (Front Office Executive) whose exceptional support throughout our stay made everything seamless. Her attention to detail and dedication to guest comfort truly elevated our entire experience. The design of the hotel strikes a perfect balance between elegance and nature. Surrounded by pristine landscapes, the property is immaculately maintained, with stunning gardens, flowering plants, and breathtaking mountain views in every direction. The air is fresh, the atmosphere peaceful—it’s the perfect escape from the busy world. One of the standout features of the resort is the infinity pool, offering a surreal experience as you swim above the forest canopy with panoramic views of the misty hills stretching endlessly beyond. I found myself returning to this spot every morning and evening—each moment more magical than the last. As part of their offering, the hotel provides a free guided tour around the surrounding area, which is a must. Walking through the tea gardens and forest paths, discovering the local flora and fauna, and soaking in the serene beauty of nature made me fall even more in love with this place. The restaurant deserves a five-star rating of its own. The food was consistently outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Special thanks to Yatawara for his incredible hospitality and service. He went above and beyond to make each meal a delight, and his warmth made every dining experience feel personal and memorable.

What an amazing place! Everything was superb. From the incredible staff who anticipated my every need, to the delicious food and the variety of activities in the area. One of the nicest stays we had. Luxurious bungalow with clean rooms with all amenities. The attention to detail of the people there is next level. Even on very small things. Manager Saman was really helpful and showed us around the property. All caretakers were very friendly and was treating us with utmost respect and care. Food was amazing and the chef made sure we get the right food. We felt like taken cared by personal assistants. We will come here again for sure.

No words to express how amazing this place is! Srilankan hospitality at its best! We stayed at the W15 Hanthana for 4 nights. We had booked the less expensive rooms( detached from the bungalow) for the first two nights but were delighted when they kindly upgraded our stay to two of the best rooms within the bungalow. Our stay was nothing short of incredible. The property is impeccably maintained. The rooms are large and spacious and luxurious. The hotel is a beautiful colonial style bungalow, tastefully designed and the sprawling grounds are a treat for the eyes! But most of all a big mention to the lovely people at W15! They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Our butler Sherief was so attentive making sure that we have everything we need even before we asked. The chef Mr. Shamith not only made sure that our table was spread with the most tasty meals, but he also came to us personally during meal times to ask about our preferences. Our son fell sick during the stay and Sherief and chef Shamith was helpful in arranging for a doctor and making sure he was comfortable. The chef made a herbal medicine and also special food to get him back to health. We are so thankful for all the help! There are plenty of activities included. The naturalist Mr. Sharath is very knowledgeable about the property and the locality. He arranged some brilliant hikes, picnics, tea factory visit and many others to make our stay memorable. Everything was perfect... so perfect that the hardest part was to say goodbye to W15 Hanthana! We wish to go back some day!
