Everything was really great!!! Mr Alberto is the Best concierge ever! He is a real gentleman! Lady Sara is an iconic person of the Romano Palace, She made all our breakfast Time very special with her kindness and professionality. The dinner was excellent, the members of the restaurant were very polite and kind. We will come back.

The breakfast was excellent. The location not easy to find especially if you are there for the first time. The staff is well trained, kind and ready and eager to go the extra mile to please you.
