usually I seldom stay in 5 star hotel since it usually look similar in business trip, it makes me feel bored and just for sleep. however there are so many surprises during the stay here. love all the oriental interior design. the king size bed is extremely comfortable, had wonderful sleep after whole week business traveling. and the 2 pools at 5th floor and roof. with fantastic design and light in the evening, and wonderful sunshine in the morning . the staff are helpful and with kind smile. really enjoy and relax in the orient hotel. will definitely visit again with families!

The Fairmont is definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in Jakarta. Although I only had a short stay, the room I stayed in was comfortable and the hotel's facilities I utilised (gym, pool, breakfast buffet and access to Plaza Senayan) are excellent. I have to also express my gratitude to the hotel's team members. Every interaction from the moment I arrived to the day I checked out was met with both friendliness and professionalism and it made my stay all the more special. I look forward to staying at Fairmont the next time I'm in Jakarta.

Everything was perfect from the begining. The cleanliness, kindnes and profesionality of the staff, especially Ms. Salome Raphaela. The club lounge had a various food and drink choice. The room was very nice and comfortable. We will for shure come back again on our next trip to Jakarta.

Recommended! Great 5 star hotel. Great room. Breakfast was perfect with lots of variety. Aqua playground an pool also 5 star. The staff is always very attentive and friendly towards children. They offered them gummies and toys.

Amazing hotel close to the Square of the Old Town. The owner has a very large eclectic collection of artifacts displayed. Make sure to take the tour. The staff is absolutely helpful and courteous. Breakfast is à la carte with a choice of Indonesian and some European food served in their Babah Koffie. We had a very enjoyable stay.
