We stayed at Maj Luxury Residence for the fourth time, and once again it was the perfect last stop on our trip through Croatia. What we really appreciate are the spacious, comfortable and very clean rooms, and of course the extremely friendly staff. Many of them had already been there when we first visited four years ago, which says a lot about the hotel. And it’s always lovely to see familiar faces again and have a little chat. The hotel is in a quiet location, but it only takes a short drive to get into the city. The pools are beautiful and always spotless. Older kids can stand even in the big pool, which makes things very relaxing for parents, while it is also great for swimming. It never feels crowded or noisy, as people spread out well across the grounds. Every year the gardens look even nicer, with the plants growing and flourishing. You can really tell how much care goes into all the details. We’re normally not the kind of people who keep returning to the same place, but here it truly feels worth it.

It is a very cozy residence with nice unblocked views over the vineyards. Was pleasantly surprised by the free access to the spa relaxation room which was a truly wonderfully touch. Most importantly- very hospitable staff. We were late and missed the wine tasting. But the staff Alexandra was still kind enough to arrange an enjoyable private tasting for us.

The property is beautiful, the nicest place we stayed in Istria so far. I have travelled a lot and rented plenty of nice homes, but this house has left me speechless, not to mention how Andrea and Matija were amazing hosts. Everything was just perfect. The apartment is beautifully decorated, spacious (Maisonette, incl two bathrooms) and is equipped with everything you could need. The furniture is very unique and tasteful and fits perfectly into the charming town of Groznjan. On top of that, the host Nina is very helpful and supports with recommendations of restaurants in the area. We also received a card for parking freely and closely to the flat and the host helped us with carrying our luggage to the apartment. All in all, we can highly recommend staying there!

My partner and I recently enjoyed a short getaway at Villa Luka, and it was absolutely perfect. Surrounded by beautiful nature, the villa offered a serene escape from our daily routines. The pool and hot tub were fantastic additions, making our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. We didn't have to meet with the owner or any staff, which suited us perfectly. The instructions provided were very clear, and we received excellent support via WhatsApp and phone calls whenever needed. As a lovely touch, we were gifted a practical and stylish cloth bag from Villa Luka, which we truly appreciated.
