right from the entrance to the hotel I was greeted nicely, the reception staff behaved very nicely, they explained very nicely about all the conditions in the room and the hotel. The staff at the restaurant behaved exceptionally, the food and drinks very good.

Really friendly staff, from the reception to the beach staff, the restaurants, the snack bar, the cleaning staff. Perfect!!! Special thanks to the guest relations manager Yannis!!! The food in the main restaurant...amazing...breakfast and dinner buffet...just exceptional. Beach was 10+++, the sea...amazing. The pools were clean... perfection. We will be coming back!!!! The location was fabulous, sheltered sandy beach with water sports and close proximity to two local towns which both had an excellent choice of restaurants. The staff were all first class throughout the hotel and extremely polite. Our hotel room was perfect with the added benefit of shared pool which seemed private as the other two rooms adjoining us didn’t use. Would definitely return when next in Crete.

We had a wonderful stay at Castello Boutique Suites! The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety and a fantastic view to enjoy every morning. The suite was clean, stylish, and very comfortable.
