Isle of ManAll staff were so lovely and helpful with a special mention for the Romanian waiter/server at breakfast each morning. Always cheery, very attentive and really helpful. I didn’t catch his name, but please do recognise him for his service while we were on board.

The location only. The rest of the hotel did not meet any of my expectations of a 5-star hotel. The location is nice given its waterfront position.

The location was great near to great bars and restaurants. I really enjoyed the pool bar although it shut at 7 which was not so good.
Nobody showed us how to indicate to housekeeping that the room was ready to be serviced . You had to do it on the phone I had no idea !! I can't stand the small milks, teas and coffee packets you get in rooms please put some better products and fresh milk in the fridge!! The Sunborn is a 5 star hotel so please address this .
Overall it was lovely.
