The huge, perfectly kept garden was ideal for relaxing after a long flight. I loved bird watching (colibris everywhere!) and hang out with the alpacas who roam around the garden. The colonial style of the hotel is beautiful . The big room with the huge window on the garden made it lovely also to work from the desk.

I liked that the hacienda was next to a nature reserve, and we didn't have to travel in order to enjoy hiking, and birding. We enjoyed watching the different hummingbirds

We stayed in transit at the hotel on our way to Quito, as we arrived late at night and knew that for safety reasons it would best to stay close to the airport for the night we chose this hotel. The hotel was wonderful, the staff, the premises and the whole experience. The breakfast buffet was lovely and we all felt very comfortable during our stay.

Outstanding location close to airport, regular shuttle service (for free) every 30 minutes, at night every 15 minutes. I had to go to the airport at 4am and missed breakfast, but there was even a little snack station at 4am in the lobby with coffee, juices, bread, fruits, etc. I loved the water fountains (purified water) on every floor to fill your own water bottles. I didn’t hear any noise from the airport in my room 228. The restaurant had a lunch buffet which was impressive!

This is a fabulous hotel. Polished off, modern, clean, classy. Best breakfast I’ve ever had in any hotel anywhere - dining at its finest. With a crazy view over the mountains and Quito. The staff are all incredible. Super friendly and helpful. Nice gym! This place is a class act. Could teach big brand American hotels a few things. Well done Go Quito!!
