The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was wonderful and the food at Mestizo restaurant has a wonderful selection of Panamanian and international food. The personal is very polite and helpful. I dont understand many of the negative comments from others guests regarding the personal. They might be slow and not all of them can speak perfectly English but remember that you are in a Spanish speaking country and will be a good idea to learn Spanish too! I speak 4 languages and travels around the world and when I am in an new country, I try to speak the language… that is also part of traveling. The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms is a dream. The hotel is located far from other attractions but you have close shopping malls, hospitals, cinemas, and sports centers. We will definitely come back and hope the standard and infrastructure of the hotel will be well maintained.

Hotel is quite new, so amenities are modern and well thought out. The staff are all lovely, welcoming and accommodating to guest needs. Jorge (front desk) and Edison (door man) were always available when we needed anything. Location is convenient to restaurants, sightseeing and shopping. The loft was perfect for our needs; two separate bedrooms and bathrooms (upstairs and downstairs) offered the privacy and comfort needed for three adults. Full kitchen and a washer dyer combo.
