Room was nice and clean. Staff was easy to communicate with and helped us carry our luggage to our room. So kind. They also arranged transport for my large family to the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel 5 elementos corferias. Front Office Staff Camilo and Alejandro were really friendly. Especially Camilo gave us nice suggestions. Breakfast was very authentic and staff David was nice and prepared us delicious eggs with vegetables. Housekeeping ladies were polite and helpful. Overall room was clean and had a nice interior design. The only thing that really bothered us was the early renovation and construction noise. It started like 6 or 630am. Muchas gracias! Really nice accomodation for super good price and good location close to Bogota int. airport. Dorey was extremely nice to us and even prepared a dinner for us since we had to leave very early in the morning.

If you are in any doubt where to stay in Bogata then choose this one! The people are amazing, so friendly and kind and happy. We only heard laughter and saw smiles. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable and we never heard outside noise or other guests. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice and there are two delicious restaurants to choose from for dinner in the evening. Very secure parking.
