The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the view of the villa is something that you would never forget! What truly stood out was the level of care from the staff. Whether it was helping with directions, arranging transportation, responding any request, or simply greeting me warmly, their commitment to hospitality was amazing.

Undoubtedly the best hotel in Phu Quoc! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by its perfect location, nestled by the magical emerald sea, where the water shimmers beautifully under the sun. The atmosphere here is truly serene and luxurious, making it the ideal getaway for relaxation. The staff deserves special praise—they are incredibly welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile, and go above and beyond to ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience. One of the highlights of our trip was the bike tour with our amazing guide, Phu. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire journey even more enjoyable, showing us breathtaking landscapes and sharing fascinating insights about the area. It was an experience we will cherish forever! The interiors and exteriors of the hotel are simply flawless—every detail is carefully thought out, from the elegant design of the rooms to the beautifully maintained gardens and common areas. It’s a place where luxury meets comfort, making every moment here special. And of course, the food deserves a special mention! Every meal felt like a culinary journey, with incredibly delicious and beautifully presented dishes. The variety of flavors and fresh ingredients made every dining experience exciting and memorable. Whether it was breakfast with a view of the sea or a romantic dinner under the stars, each bite was a delight. This hotel exceeded all our expectations in every way! Everything from the service to the ambiance, the food, and the overall experience was simply outstanding. We would rate it even higher than 10/10 if we could! Without a doubt, we will return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect vacation in Phu Quoc!

Amazing staff at a great boutique hotel. Loved the jacuzzi bar! Had an amazing stay at the Sakurakyo hotel at sunset town. A special shout out to the General Manager. She took time to chat to me everyday, make suggestions and helped to organise things. She bagged me and my son access to their jacuzzi bar. Amazing views of the firework show from there. The staff were really attentive and helpful. The hotel is very well situated. Spacious and well appointed room. Thank you to the entire team for 4 wonderful night!

I just had an unforgettable stay at this apartment – it was absolutely incredible! The place offers a stunning sunset view and spectacular fireworks at night – it felt like staying at a luxury resort right in the heart of the city. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, modern, and well-furnished apartment. The staff was really great, kind and helpfull. We were very comfortable, and everything was in perfect working order. I'd like to offer some friendly, constructive feedback on the kitchen to help make the experience even better. When we arrived as a group of four, we found there were only two large plates, two soup bowls, and two cereal bowls. There were also no supplies for washing the dishes. However, I was very impressed with how quickly this was resolved! After we asked, the staff brought everything we needed the very next day. A couple of other small suggestions: the cooking equipment is quite limited and worn out, so an investment in some new pots and pans would be a great upgrade for guests who wish to cook. Also, having a few basic kitchen essentials like cooking oil or sugar would be a fantastic touch. These little things can make preparing a simple breakfast much easier and really add to the comfort of the stay. On the other hand, we absolutely loved the daily complimentary items! The water, nuts, dried mango, coffee, and tea were a lovely and thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated. Overall, we were very happy with the apartment. If these few minor details in the kitchen are polished, this place will be truly top-notch. Thank you for a great stay!
