The location of the hotel is close to amenities and that it is fenced all round gave it an additional sense of security. The room was clean and had everything I needed, the staff were cheerful and helpful. The breakfast had a variety of options to choose from

When I originally checked in, the room I received wasn't to my liking but I once I expressed my concerns to Emily at the front desk, she was more than happy to address my concerns and switched me to a room I was very happy with. We loved this hotel! Beautiful, right in the heart of downtown! We arrived late and were fully accommodated! The lobby was beautifully decorated and the staff were wonderful! Our room was massive and awesome! Funky and comfy! The included breakfast was also awesome and we were able to leave our car for a bit to explore the downtown river park. Would totally stay again!!

My wife and I had booked a trip to Spokane for her medical exam. We came from Montana and had got the Amtrak train to Spokane which didn’t get into Spokane until 2:30am.you could imagine my wife and I being extremely tired and needing a decent little bit of sleep. Prior to our trip I had phoned Oxford suits and explained the situation to one of the front desk staff he was called Ben. I explained we wouldn’t be able to check in until 3am due to the late arrival. The staff at Oxford were so accommodating. They allowed me to book the hotel room for the day before my arrival. And allowed my wife and I to check into the hotel in the early hours of the morning on February 8th 2024. Not many hotels allow this type of thing but the Oxford was so understanding and accommodating. The lady that checked us in when we arrived at the hotel was so polite and kind unfortunately didn’t catch her name but she was so kind. My wife and I are so appreciative for the hospitality and we will be sure to stay again the next time we have to come to Spokane. Thankyou so much. The bed was extremely comfortable and was just what we needed after a long night travelling on a train. So thank you so much!
