The apartment was great, with breathtaking lake, park, and city views. Ample and comfortable, also the swimming pool and indoor garden are beautiful and much enjoyable -- it's a whole floor#7 dedicated to the pool, garden, and shared dining room with barbecue facilities. The location was perfect, especially for us who love "walking the city", parks and lakeside trails. Staff was also very helpful, in particular, I shipped several small and large eBay/Amazon packages, all ok.

Absolutely one of the best stay I have ever had. The access to the apartment is super easy and the instructions are very clear. The apartment was in a perfect location for me, with a target right up the street and the green train line very close. Staff was very available and nice. I even forgot an item in the apartment and once I realized the customer service was super available to help me retrieve it.

We spent our final two nights in Chicago at the Hilton Garden Inn in the southern part of downtown Chicago and had a great experience. The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring the museum area of Chicago, with the so-called Museum Campus within walking distance. We also very much enjoyed the more cultural vibe compared to the northern part of downtown Chicago. Our corner room on the 24th floor immediately impressed us with a mesmerizing view over the city. The bed was large and comfortable, the bathroom was excellent (with an especially nice shower), and the air conditioning helped to maintain a comfortable temperature (although we’d recommend turning it off at night because it can get quite loud). We didn’t have the chance to try the breakfast or the ground-floor restaurant, so we can't comment on those. Overall, we had no complaints and would absolutely recommend the Hilton Garden Inn to anyone looking to explore the southern part of downtown Chicago.
