Very clean, all the stuff at the hotel ( front desk, bell man, house keeping) were all friendly, kind , helpful and their smiles were very welcoming.
Especially, lady mane Yasmin Fadil at the front desk was so nice!
I will definitely stay at William vale next time.

Did not have breakfast in the hotel but Jack (front desk) was the best part of the stay. He recommended many places to us and was very kind to older ladies. He is a professional and went out of his way to help us with directions, places to go, etc. You need more representatives like Jack.
