Great place, very clean spacious accommodation, very quiet location but only 10 min walk to subway to central nyc. Shops and restaurants in the area much cheaper than those in manhattan. Kitchen was well equipped with lots of extras, iron, hairdryer etc

Nice hotel with family atmosphere. We felt really welcome, the staff tried to help us as they could. The service is exceptional- starting with small monkey for the kids (the preferred souvenir from new york for our kids), help with luggage, finding dinner, all The hotel doesn't serve breakfast but there is always coffee, tea and hot chocolate available It is very well placed on Little Italy / Chinatown, very nice market in the morning. Easy to get to the metro, many restaurants The rooms are big and nice, very clean.

The location was superb. The decor was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The porter even took our bags to the station and put us on the train for the airport. So helpful about shoes and recommendation’s for activities.
