I absolutely loved my stay at the Ace Hotel Brooklyn. The staff was incredible—so welcoming and went above and beyond our expectations. Our room was beautiful with a stunning view, and the location couldn't have been better. Just steps from subway lines into the city, and surrounded by amazing shops, restaurants, and bars. Brooklyn itself is such a vibrant, walkable area, and the hotel fits right in. From now on, the Ace Hotel Brooklyn will be my go-to whenever I’m in town.

Great staying at Scherman! they really care about the host, the areas are wide (important variable regarding tiny rooms at other hotels in NYC Manhattan). Everything was tidy! the pwrssonel were really kind and at the disposal of the customers (specially Geisa at the reception desk). The neighbourhood is very convenient as you have plenty of restaurants surrounding!

The staff were amazing , so polite and helpful.The rooms were spotless, the bed was so comfortable. Location excellent, literally around the corner from my Sons flat . Super choice , would definitely stay there again .
