The best thing about Riverside is that it is very close to the airport. I needed to catch an international flight to Tokyo at 7:00 in the morning and could have walked if necessary. The hotel very kindly got me a ride with a shuttle.

The bed was the most comfortable of anywhere I stayed while travelling. More comfortable than my bed at home. The room was well designed and attractive. I hadn't noticed the quirky art when booking but it was quite fun. Maybe not for everyone. The host was very responsive through the messaging and everything was very smooth.

Super clean room, from the sheets to the bath sink, spotless! Excellent service, kitchen staff remembered our room numbers and faces, and arranged big table for our family. Front desk and housekeeping are so friendly and accommodating. Awesome buffet breakfast, delicious , full of variety, high quality for its value. Great location, 2 minutes from subway, short taxi ride to many destinations. Many restaurants nearby plus a night market. Free laundry room and gym on 15th floor. 2F lounge where snacks and drinks are offered from 2 to 10pm. I would definitely stay in this hotel again!

Friendly and professional staff at the front desk. They tried their best to help me with last minute changes. Room is impeccable, very good size for a family of 4 with young kids. Hotel is very comfortable for any family that is looking for space and big beds. It is about 7 mins walking distance to the nearest MRT station.
