The staff! We really appricitae how kind and helpful all the staff here. The staff was the highlight.
The food at breakfast was also great, you should try their coffee and sit beside the window at their rooftop restraurant, you can enjoy the city view and galata tower.

1. Staff: extremely friendly and helpful, any questions were resolved promptly (organising reliable transfer from/to the airport, ironing board with an iron, 2 bottles of water instead of one forgotten to refill, even glasses for wine :-D)
2. Location: although the property is situated close to the centre and main attractions, it is really quiet area
3. Nice view from rooms on the top floors, quiet room, comfortable bed
