As usual this hotel and welcoming staff do not disappoint. My time here ended up being longer than planned. I had actually checked out and made my way to the airport when, due to unforseen circumstances I had to extend my stay. It was a stressful few hours but the front desk made sure I was taken care of.. Gizem at the front desk in particular was stellar in making sure me coming back and everything was easy and this helped reduce my stress levels immensely. The front desk, guest relations, bell staff and concierge are always willing to go the extra mile. I wish I could remember everyone's names. They are all so good at what they do.

Everything was great. The family who own this hotel is very friendly, they helped us with informations that we needed. Very close to the airport. Very clean, comfortable, good location. Safe area, safe parking. There is a good restaurant nearby. We will come back.

Beautiful, quiet place in Pendik with lovely views of the ocean and a quiet garden. The staff and management are polite and helpful. I found this place very relaxing, and also convenient as there are many restaurants and stores within walking distance so you don’t need a taxi or car.
