The location is a tremendous asset to this place. The rooms have been beautifully renovated, exceeding our expectations given the price we paid. It was a last-minute decision, but it was definitely worth it. The establishment boasts a charming terrace where fellow guests gather, providing a delightful opportunity to meet people. With only 4-5 rooms, it's far from crowded, making it perfect for both relaxation and privacy. The location is conveniently situated, just a 5-10 minute walk to the bustling tourist harbor with its array of boats to the islands, and a 20-minute stroll to the ferry harbor. You're essentially in the heart of it all at this place. It's truly exceptional, and we couldn't find any faults. Despite our late arrival, the owner kindly stayed up to welcome us, a gesture we greatly appreciated. While communication with the owner was a bit challenging due to their limited English skills, it didn't bother us at all. The WiFi worked perfectly.

Beautiful family owned hotel in the centre of the city nearby the coast and the restaurants.During the day you can take a boat trip just across the road from the hotel. Absolutely fantastic place! Amazing location, friendly staff, incredibly cozy and clean room with comfortable beds, and the best breakfast we had during three months of traveling. We had initially booked only two nights, but ended up extending since we liked it so much. An absolute gem, can't recommend it enough!

We are very satisfied of our stay at Ivy Ayvalık, it was wonderful. Our host is a very sweet lady who made us feel like at home. The hotel is modified from an old house into a hotel. It is historic. The rooms are elegantly decorated. The breakfast was very delicious. The hotel is very close to city center. We highly reccomend it.
