The place was lovely Johan was so welcoming and always available to help, as were his staff - a very hand on host - all the little touches made our stay even better, beach towels, umbrellas, flip flops supplied and a little basket to take to the beach - food was delicious too!- - we had 2 nights at Wapi - but wish we could have had longer - Johan provided us with motor bike taxi back to ferry - if we go to koh Lipe again will definitely start at Wapi resort!

An excellent hotel right on the beach. 1minute walk to walking street where all the restaurant as, shops and bars are. Large room with a very comfy bed, great balcony with a view of the pool. Large modern bathroom. One large lagoon style pool and another smaller pool by the beach. Great sun loungers. Beach towels provided. Water provided daily. A great breakfast with so much to choose from and all very fresh and hot. We were met off the boat and had our bags carried to the hotel and the same when we left. The staff can not do enough for you. A good happy hour 4-8pm at the beach bar daily. highly recommend this hotel.

The best place to stay in Koh Lipe! Very nice Beach, very nice room and the Restaurant is great! All people working here were. very nice and supportive with us! we really enjoied and loved it!!!

Location, food, hotel room etc. are extremely good and comfy. My daughter and I enjoyed very much the SPA and excellent service provided by Aoii and Thung, my daughter wants to go back the day we left the island.

The beachfront rooms are fantastic and very much worth paying extra for - the view is incredible, the space, the beds, having a kitchen, great time watching people and sunsets from the porch. The personal pool is very nice, and huge. We've lived in Thailand for long periods, so were a bit worried about being stuck with the hotel food because it's a decent walk to walking street or other restaurants, but the food was *excellent*. Especially the southern Thai food menu. We ended up eating every meal for five days at the hotel and enjoyed it every time. Breakfast was ok, had all the basics, but not as amazing as the regular lunch/dinner menu. The staff were all friendly and very helpful, and service was very very good. Really no complaints at all, and would stay again if ever back in Koh Lipe. Wifi was good enough everywhere for basics and streaming. Did not try any videoconferencing though.

The hotel and its surroundings were truly incredible! We were lucky enough to be some of the first guests after the hotel opened and wow- it certainly exceeded all expectations. From meeting us in the port when we arrived, the service, staff, food, drinks, location to the incredibly luxurious and beautiful finishes employed throughout the property we were blown away. It felt so private and exclusive whilst also being incredibly friendly and relaxed. Located perfectly to enjoy the sunset and sunrise from the virtually private empty beach attached to the hotel. The Villas themselves were stunning with gorgeous bathrooms beds and incredible wooden furniture. The staff were incredibly accommodating and organised for massages and room service (the food was excellent ranging from lots of Thai food and European cuisine). If you do decide to leave the room (we barely wanted to as we were in heaven!) its only a short 5-10 min walk to the nearest and popular bar Maya (which stays open later than the bars in town) with great DJs. Note that when we attended in January 2025 they were still adding small finishing touches to the landscaping so I think this is why there arent lots of photos of the property yet-(planting trees/flowers around the driveway) but this did not disrupt our stay at all in any way.
