What a great place!
We really enjoyed our stay, the location is perfect, right in the centre of the city and near Nong Buak Haad park which is ideal for relaxing after a warm day in the city, so peaceful. People were so friendly and helpful at the guesthouse, we were amazed by the delocious breakfast, mango sticky rice, Pad thai and many fruits, so tasty and fresh. We loved the balcony where you could just chill and enjoy a cozy place with a nice view of the busy street, our room was clean and everything was perfect. We also booked a trip to Doi Inthanon, right at the guesthouse, with a discount and we had a great day.
We will definitely come back again and stay for more days, thank you for a lovely experience!

The hotel staff was really nice. So welcoming and could help with whatever we were asking. The breakfast was delicious. The pool was clean and warm, hidden in the greenery of the garden and on the other side had a view on the hotel. Hotel itself has beautiful architecture. Rooms were clean and had 4 types of lighting options: main lights, side lights, ambient and bed lights. Beds were nice and cosy. Mattresses were good.
I sincerely enjoyed staying at this hotel. After the first stay I came back after a week in the mountains and stayed there again.

Location was excellent, if there Sunday night, a wonderful Night Market is right outside the hotel. Breakfast was great, property was wonderful, and the staff were some of the best I have ever experienced.

Great staff, very welcoming and helpful. Great ambience. Room Is clean and bed is so comfy. There's even a balcony in our room. Location is just perfect, in the old town itself. Plenty of restaurant within walking distance. Wat Chedi and Para Singh is just around the corner. There's a shop for motorbike rental nearby as well. Breakfast was good for the price paid as well. What more can I say, great job.

the hotel is located in the city centre. Same time it is quite. The hotel is very clean.
Kishore owner is an exceptional host! Don’t hesitate to ask him, if you have doubts or questions. He knows what is better.
The hotel has a safe box. Be sure, that you have not forgotten anything in the room when checkout. I forgot some money, and Kishore found it and gave it back to me.

A wonderful place to stay. It was very clean, friendly and very welcoming. The cafe downstairs had a lively vibe and delicious food, all for a great price. Beds are comfortable. The property is advertised as a hostel, but it is nicer than some 4 star hotels we've stayed in South East Asia. Location is walking distance to cafes, restaurants and the Sunday walking market. Highly recommend staying here.
