A very nice small boutique hotel. Perfect location for those looking to be close to airport. Quiet and peaceful. Rooms are clean and adequate. Restaurant offers good food and drinks. Staff is very polite and always has a smile. The lake view rooms offer very calming and beautiful sit outs. Strongly recommended!

This property was stunning! An oasis in busy Bangkok. It was wonderfully quiet while still being very central and accessible (3 min walk to 7/11 and 10 min walk to the Zoo Cafe). 400baht in a Grab to Koh San Road. The staff were so so lovely and the bedrooms were gorgeous. We ordered the floating breakfast and it was beautiful! We can’t wait to stay here again!
