The hotel was in a quiet location but within minutes walk of the River Douro and all its facilities, restaurants, entertainment, and with lots of things to see and do.
We found it a relaxing haven to get away from the crowds. Tea and coffee- making facilities were provided in our room, which was quite spacious.
There was an excellent choice for breakfast to suit all tastes.
Above all we found all the staff to be very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
We stayed there on two separate occasions both before and after our river cruise and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The staff were simply exceptional. Of all the places I have ever stayed, this was certainly the most charming and given it wonderful location!. The staff even organized and suggested all of the best itineraries . The dining experience was top notch and with the great views of the river. I highly recommend

Everything is perfect! I love the apartment, it's so cute. The apartment is just in front of Ribeira square, you will see the beautiful river view from the rooftop. Full equipment and an elevator is awesome.

A beautiful renovated cozy and stylish hotel where we felt welcomed since day one.
Decorated with taste, simplicity and elegance, every room was amazing.
The better part of our stay was the interaction with the hotel staff, genuinely polite and happy to assist in every way.
Special thanks to Front office team Patricia Aquino & Helmer Filipe for making us feel more like friends than guests.
