We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Great location, quite close to the old town. The room had everything we needed for our comfort. Glass bay window on patio with glass roof: no terrible noise outside. If the room door has a privacy sign, no one bothers you. The reception staff very professionally solved our problem with taxi drivers. The restaurant staff was also very attentive to our requests.

We had a fantastic stay, made even better thanks to Manager Huma. The hotel was extremely busy during our visit, but she went out of her way to help us throughout our stay. It definitely wasn't easy with how full the place was, but she remained calm, professional, and incredibly helpful. The front staff (Mr. Shoaib) was really great, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, and a memorable one! He made sure any issues we had were taken care of. He also recommended Haveli Resturaunt, which was exceptional. My wife and I both loved the food. We would definitely recommend anyone looking to stay closer to cantt area, badshahi mosque, food street, anarkali or the fortress stadium to come stay here!
