The room was beautiful and well designed with kitchen and all the things you would need to cook including fridge w/freezer. beautiful rooftop and pool. a place to hang towel and bathing suit outside. check in and check out was easy, they helped me with my luggage carrying it up the stairs. housekeeping daily. it felt safe and protected. location was great near many good restaurants within walking distance. bicycle rental onsite. laundry service onsite. everything about UJO was well done and easy. the best thing of all was their excellent communication and service. they helped me w booking taxis and were patient with all my questions- super responsive. I think the best communication I’ve ever experienced anywhere. i was traveling solo for my first time in tulum and UJO made me feel welcomed, safe, & taken care of. I highly recommend UJO!!

An absolute gem in the heart of the Pueblo, for an incredible price. I had a tiny bungalow—there were so many warm touches, something you don’t expect from budget accommodation, from the two sets of towels (pool and shower) to the hanging rack for wet clothes and swimsuits, to the little toiletries. Erica was a lovely host and gave great recommendations. Yes it is a bit noisy because of the live music but I enjoyed being able to listen to live performances from the comfort of my room, and they ended early, around 10-11pm so I had no problem sleeping. I would not hesitate to book again!

Should be called Don Diego de los Pájaros! I did my birdwatching with a cup of coffee at the pool. Imagine a collared aracari in this green oasis in a busy part of Tulum. Hosts were very nice and helpful, for instance with their maps of their favorite restaurants and the best attractions. Breakfast under the thatched roof is wonderful.
