Great building (very spacious, clean, and plenty of bathrooms w/ showers) and the super friendly staff & management can't be beat! Full kitchen for guests to use, which I personally hold as a very high priority. Not To forget to mention that the breakfast is undeniably one of the finest hostel breakfasts I've had in the last ten years, hands down (about 10-12 minutes) but after that huge breakfast (eggs, cold cereals, 4 or 5 different types of bread, cakes, jams/cheese spreads/honey/granola/fresh fruit... and plenty of coffee & tea available ALL DAY LONG)! It's a short hike to the Medina...but it's a good excuse to walk off some of those breakfast calories!!!

We had a very comfortable stay at chez Aissam. The welcome tea and cookies were nicely presented and very good. The room is decorated and has a king size bed. The shared bathroom was not a problem. It was cleaned all the time. The breakfast was excellent! And most important, Mr. Aissam is a very kind and helpful host. Highly recommended.

Nice and very spacious appartment close ( walking distance) to the old city, with a beautifull & very big terrace, in a lolcation witha lot of restaurants and breakfast places. Helpfull printed guide made by French owner. Tanger is a very big and bussy city but the location of the appartement was a restful.

The space is beautifully designed, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect,close to the city’s main attractions yet quiet enough to relax. Great thanks to Nizar who was welcoming and attentive, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Tangier!
