The staff were lovely and customer service was great. Overall I had a wonderful stay here and the location is perfect as it's only 10-15minutes away from the Medina market and not far from the garden majorelle. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who's looking to stay in a hotel during their visit in Marrakech

It truly exceeded our expectations! We booked this hotel for one night as the hotel we were planning/wanted to stay in was reserved for the first night of our trip. We had such an amazing experience, the room was like an apartment and had a beautiful feel, and all the staff was terrific, we dealt with Soumeya Azhari and she was excellent. Overall an excellent value for your money and a great way to experience Marrakesh. Highly recommend it!!

Very welcoming and attentionate personel. They will absolutely take care of all your needs and even protect you from shady transactions (ensure you get the best driver, don't fall into tourist traps, etc..) make sure to compensate them accordingly!
The room, the charm of the amenities, the food and especially the spa services were top notch. And by that I mean vlearly above the local average. You feel left in peace all the time yet there's always someone around to be found and assist you if needed, which is agreeable. This will be our new base camp everytime we're in Marrakech!
