Fatima from the reception was very attentive to my needs especially when there was a cancellation in my tour to a different city and I needed to stay for another night.She helped me with my needs and was able to stay for another night in a short notice. I also like the friendliness of the staff. During my stay, I always need my breakfast early because of my activities and the staff always prepares my breakfast in a timely manner. Mohammed is cheerful in serving just like the rest of the staff.

I love that it’s a traditional Moroccan hotel. The staff were so polite and helpful, they were always eager to help. The architecture was simply breathtaking, very beautiful views from the room also. Very central location too. All round fantastic experience and worth every penny.

Great apartment and two toilets was great. Clean and comfy. My only gripe was that there was only one bedside cabinet in each room and no mirror in main bedroom and a small desk to get ready and do make up etc. the only table to put things on was dining table which was awkward. Air con in every room was amazing and the WiFi.
