Anouar / Anwar .. is extremely helpful and went out of his way (remotely) to help from day one to the last day! The place is super clean. Can easily catch taxis outside etc. Cheap local food nearby and many other shops in the vicinity.

The hotel is very close to the main attractions in Casablanca. We had a great experience reaching it and checking in. They've aswered our every request promptly. The breakfast was really great with a lot of options.
