Great property in a nice and quiet residential area but the maintenance and cleanliness is lacking. The property consists of a house with 2 independent dwellings (ground floor and first floor) with separate entrances and 2 inner courtyards. It was not suitable for us as we wanted a 3 bedrooms property, but the division of this one meant separation of our party. The property has modern kitchens, artistic framed paintings, street-nouveau wallpapers and modern beds with sitting furniture. The communication with the owners, caretakers Driss and the cleaning lady was pleasant and efficient.

An outdoor swimming pool and a sauna, hammam and beauty salon are offered at this residence. It is a 5-minute walk from Agadir Beach and a 10-minute walk from the town centre.

Very clean hotel overall, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the pool and also would highly recommend to try the modern gym next to the hotel.

The hotel welcomes you in a luxury and typical setting. It boasts a large swimming pool and offers free shuttle service to the beach.

The staff was incredibly lovely and helpful everyone literally from the housekeeper, the waiter, the drivers etc every single person. The breakfast was great The hotel was very well decorated and beautiful: traditional with a little twist of modernity so it is very authentic (compared to the other Tikida that is purely modern and lacks authenticity) Room is great Complimentary water everyday (very appreciated given the super hot weather)

Very well service starting from getting to host from airport both on the first day until the day of departure. We were first time in Morocco. The service what you get for price what you pay is more like feeling welcomed at home. We really felt like visiting relatives! The host takes good care of guests and helps- e.g., finding transport, with language which is so helpful when you don't know the local language. We liked the location- about 100 m meters to the street market, easy to catch local taxis to get wherever in the city. And not overcrowded with tourists; very affordable prices. We had separate room, we felt safe, the food was very good. We would definitely like to come back! And we recommend Ahmets house with pleasure to people who want to be hosted in Agadir!

Wow! What an unexpected delight our brief overnight stay was. Our flight was severely delayed coming in to Agadir, so we needed some last minute accommodation. We found this quiet spot, about 20 mins from the airport to stay overnight. The host was so amazing, waiting up until almost midnight to let us in. The rooms are spacious, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was also just what we needed! It's a pity we couldn't stay longer!

Spacious and clean, nice roof terrace. In the centre of Agadir across the Souk. Friendly en helpful host, we felt very welcome. I definitely recommend this place!

Apartment very clean and very well equipped. The apartment has everything a tourist needs. There is also a washing machine - a very good thing if you are traveling longer in Morocco. We had a few questions before our arrival and the owners answered us very quickly. Thanks to Sanaa and Sakina :)
